It looks like I am going to be moving to Portland in January! I am extremely excited, and I can’t wait to see this further come to pass. John Piper Interviewed by Mark Driscoll
filed in Random, Study on Sep.18, 2008

Mark Driscoll interviewed John Piper. This was posted on The Resurgence’s website about a week or two ago. Last night I finally got the chance to listen to it, and it was great. I really learned a lot about Piper, and I learned a lot about what it takes to be in ministry, and some of the burdens that come along with it. He talked a lot about his marriage and it was this that I thought was particularly insightful. Being a young guy I always want to hear the details about a marriage that has lasted longer than ten years. To watch the interview and read more on the interview, read this post.
The Grace of God
filed in Church, Sermons, Study, The New Life on Sep.15, 2008

Last night I preached on God’s Grace. I was super nervous at first, but then towards then end I felt as if God just started using all of my studying and thought to pull it together in a way that I hope will be influential to all that heard it. I have attached a list of resources, a video, and of course the sermon audio from last night. So if you would like to listen in to what I spoke on last night, just read this post and download the audio!
