The Red Airplanes

I had never listened to The Red Airplanes until they came and performed in the Give Them Hope or Give Me Death tour with Spoken and One Minute Halo.

I have to say. Although Spoken is and has been my favorite band for quite some time, The Red Airplanes put on an awesome performance. Found myself yelling, jumping, and even worshiping throughout the majority of their performance.

One of the main things I look for in Christian music, is the bands ability to speak God’s truth throughout their music. That is one reason that I think Spoken is so great. The Red Airplanes have this one song that I have pretty much fallen in love with. It is called “Planet Round.”

This song starts out with an awesome slide guitar, and some very intense drums. It seems a little over dramatic at first, but once you hear the lyrics everything else makes total sense.
